Mary Lynn Burke

UPDATE: Since mid-August, 2021, I have returned from New Zealand and am again working out of my beautiful, bright attic studio at the meadow,  just outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

  • All original art will be shipping from my home studio.

  • All prints and canvas gallery wraps are shipping from my amazing local printer here in Boston.

  • All prints and canvas gallery wraps shipping within New Zealand will be created from my trusted, professional printer in Christchurch.

PHOTOGRAPHY DISPLAY OPTIONS:  Fine Art Print or Canvas Gallery Wrap: Sizes 8X8" - 24x36"

"gsm"= grams per square inch = paper weight.  Standard printer paper is rougly 80gsm.

All prints are created using the Giclée printing method.  My Giclée prints are exclusively created with the latest professional archival inks on thick, white cotton artist’s paper, resembling watercolor paper.   Your Giclée prints will have a wonderfully soft feel, a lightly defined felt texture, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive depth and detail.

Please note that all square print sizes will be cropped to suit best composition for each image.

Fine Art Canvas Gallery Wraps are printed directly onto museum-quality canvas material using high-quality archival inks.

The depth of all canvas gallery wraps is 1.5 inches. Images are mirror-wrapped around the edges so none of the original artwork is lost to wrapping on the sides.
Canvas wraps are ready to hang on the wall right out of the box, and can also be displayed propped on a mantle or bookshelf.

CUSTOM SIZING: If you'd like to see any photograph as a custom size, please send me a note and I will create a sample and post it here in my store for you.

FINE ART SIZE GUIDE: All prints created with white border to allow for matting.

FRAMING:  I highly encourage framing all your prints, canvas and originals.  Not only do they look incredibly beautiful framed, but it will help to protect your fresh artwork from wear and dust.  I do not currently offer framing from my studio, but I do have a few recommendations.  First, have a good, careful look at your artwork from many angles and in the space where it will be best enjoyed.  You will find it's best space as you watch how at your art looks in the light of your own home or space.  I do not recommend an area with direct sunlight or high humidity.  Now you will be ready to choose a frame and matting to best represent your artwork and space.  I then suggest taking the art to your local framer, because supporting local is so important and often offer high-quality framing.  If local framing is not possible, I recommend shipping your artwork to a framer or ordering a framing and matting kit.  Make this a priority the same week from when your artwork arrives at your home.

I AM HAPPY TO SHIP ORDERS DIRECTLY TO ANY FRAMER OF YOUR CHOICE.   Once your art has arrived with your framer, please communicate with your framer for further instructions.  Please note, once your artwork arrives to your framer, I cannot be held responsible for any damage with artwork, framing, matting and shipping beyond this point. SHIPPING ADDRESS OF YOUR FRAMER MUST BE PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.

USA: To frame your Fine Art Prints and Canvas in the USA,  I recommend that you check out a local frame shop first, it's always so good to support your local shops!  If that's not an option, I recommend both Framebridge and Simply Framed. Many artists, whose artwork I adore, work closely with both of these companies and trust their work.  Framebridge and Simply Framed offers you to choose a frame on their website, send them the artwork, and they mail it back to you complete and ready to hang!

NEW ZEALAND:  In Gisborne, New Zealand, I've had great experience with Dom and Dawn at Personality Framers, also providing locally sourced pre-built frames and art supplies at this gem.  Nationwide, from personal experience, I highly recommend Framefox. Framefox creates sustainably-crafted and New Zealand made museum quality wood framing and matting.  Ship your prints directly to Framefox and they will ship it back to you, ready-to-hang. To reduce your art shipping fees,  Framefox will ship your custom-sized framing and matting kit directly to your home.  Quick and simple assembly, only a screwdriver required.

I would be honored to sign your artwork (at no additional cost) for orders shipping from my home studio in the Boston area.

*Sorry I cannot offer signatures for artwork printed in New Zealand
